Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

A loan can only be cancelled within 1 hour of accepting the loan offer. To cancel, you must call our support team immediately to stop the disbursement - a cancellation penalty may apply. Once the loan has been processed after this 1-hour window, no cancellation request will be entertained. Trivani Vinimay reserves the right to cancel a loan at its sole discretion.

Refund

A refund is applicable only if you have paid the repayment amount twice, or more than the quoted repayment amount, by mistake. Any extra amount received is credited back to your bank account within 3–5 business working days of verification.

Request and payment details verified.

Day 3–5

Amount credited to your bank account.
